However, if the issue is caused by factors beyond our control — such as an incompatible device, unsupported handset, or incorrect activation steps — refunds or exchanges cannot be provided. Please note that all eSIM QR codes are unique digital products and are non-refundable once issued and activated.

- Allow our technical team to review your request — support is available 24/7, and responses are typically fast.
Please note that eSIM5G reserves the right to apply a small administrative fee to approved refunds, if applicable.
Refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
If approved, the refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method within 15–30 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
